 SCHEDULE

Session 1 (3 hours)
Using a case study, the group will review data for a training program, making choices along the way, of what data is essential. Then, you'll walk through the Story Design process to discover and design the  story behind the data. 
Assignment
Set aside a few hours between sessions to finish building your data story presentation.
Session 2 (3 hours)
Share your data story with peers and get targeted feedback. You'll also use your presentation to create an executive summary. Finally, you'll spend some time drafting a data strategy for your department.
