What to expect

5-8 virtual session that will get you up on your storytelling feet quickly, so you can: 
  • Advocate for your department. 
  • Get buy-in from stakeholders or clients. 
  • Communicate more effectively with your team. 
  • Share the story behind the data. 
A typical coaching session (you book each session at your convenience): 
  • Review your assignment from the previous session.  
  • Ask Rance questions about his feedback.
  • Rance will introduce the next stage of the process and make sure you feel ready to move forward. 
  • Brainstorm together on possibilities for your story-based message at each stage. 
Between sessions: Complete the next step in the process (using a worksheet to record your thoughts). Email Rance any time in between sessions to share ideas or ask questions.
