How much is the certification?

Can I earn credentialing points for my CPTD or APTD? 
Yes! The School of Story Design has been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute to offer educational programs that can be used towards initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials. 
Step 1 - Qualifies for 6 points
Step 2 - Qualifies for 8 points
Step 3 - Qualifies for up to 10 points
How long does it take to become certified?
You set the schedule, but we suggest the following timelines for completing certification. 

Step 1 - 4 weeks. It is a self-paced course. 
Step 2 - 3-6 weeks. It is a self-paced course.
Step 3 - 4 weeks - 3 months depending on your availability.
How will this certification benefit me?
It's more than a line item on your resume. Yes, you can share the credentials on your LinkedIn account, but the best benefit is that the skills you gain set you apart as a producer who can write and analyze scripts, think visually to produce spot-on storyboards and produce compelling animated videos of any kind that are professional quality and incredibly fun to watch. you You'll have a unique story to tell managers who want next-level producers. Can I certify my whole team?
Yes, teams benefit greatly by going through certification together. Contact us at info@needastory.com to get started. 
Can I just take one course or do I have to complete all of them? 
You may choose to complete Step 1 only, or only Steps 1 & 2. Each course must be taken sequentially. Certifications of completion are awarded at each step, but to become a Certified Vyond Story Producer, you must complete all three steps in sequence.
