How long does the course take to complete?

There are 4 hours of instruction, but it is recommended that you complete the course spaced over a period of at least 4 weeks. Complete the chapters that are most relevant to your role, practice using the Story Design Framework. Reflect on your performance and use the evaluation tools to improve the next client conversation. You'll have access to the course for life, so you can always come back and refresh. 

Do I get to download all of the resources? 

You bet. Register for the foundations course once and you have it all for life. All of the templates, handouts and worksheets are downloadable so you can use them for all of your sales conversations going forward.

Is this course for any industry?

Yes, this course applies to sales in any industry. Many of the examples you'll encounter are from the technology industry. Note that the Story Design Framework is most needed when client relationships are important. If your company sells something inexpensive that requires little to no client interaction, this course isn't for you.
